Named after Owner & Seamstress Molly Clark's Eskimo Name.

Avak is a Native Eskimo from North Western Alaska, and she is an expert in creating Traditional style Clothing & Crafts.

Growing up above the Arctic Circle, Avak has learned from her past generations the value of useful warm clothing, with detailed stitching & proven functionality to withstand one of the coldest climates on earth with durability, and everlasting craftsmanship.

Now located in Nome, Alaska

Avak's is ready to create a wide variety of cold climate clothing to meet your specific needs.   We offer Alaskan Arctic Style Parkas, Ruffs, Mukluks, Hats, Mitts,  & Gloves. All can be created in a nearly unlimited type of fabric & furs!

Also, don't forget to ask about beaded Jewelry, knitted head bands, knitted socks, barrets, and our famous baleen hairpins!
